„Today was the day again for a professional teeth cleaning. Normally, very few people enjoy going to the dentist, and I'm no exception. But as soon as I walk into the practice, that uneasy feeling disappears; everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. Today, however, it was time for the cleaning: Yvonne greeted me with her usual warm and friendly smile, which is so relaxing when the atmosphere is right. The treatment was, as always, very precise and professional. She frequently checked if the pressure or pain was okay. Although the treatment took a while, it still passed quickly because we had a bit of small talk here and there. That makes it much easier for me. After the treatment, my teeth always feel wonderful—smooth and soothed. I'd especially like to commend Yvonne, who is very empathetic, knowledgeable, humorous, and professional. She clearly loves her work. It's also worth mentioning that they note down if a patient (like me) doesn't want fluoride and even have an alternative on hand.
